Jia Xie Industries and its subsidiaries, Li Chi Jaan and Yi Sheng, specialize in metal wire and tube fabrication of office chair frames as well as metal chair and table bases, columns and other metal products. We count among our clients some of the top office furnishing companies in the world. Our customers cover the globe, from North America, to Europe, Australia and Asia. As well as producing client designed products, Jia Xie Enterprise also delivers a line of ODM products that are developed in close cooperation with overseas designers.

Research and Development:
Our R & D engineers work to exacting standards to ensure our customers' products are manufactured exactly to the specifications required. We can help you re-engineer your product if needed, and provide experienced feedback and suggestions during the initial stages of product development.
Materials:
Our metal raw materials are sourced exclusively from China Steel Corporation. Taiwan's largest steel producer and in the top 25 globally, China Steel Corporation provides material made to global standards and with a consistency that can be relied upon year after year. All material specifications can be provided upon request.
Equipment:
Jia Xie Enterprise makes use of the latest, state-of-the-art CNC metal rod and tube bending machines. We employ robotic MIG welders, TIG welding, as well as standard MIG (CO2 ). We have a very large range of pressing and stamping machines to meet any process requirements, large or small.
Metal Finishing:
With our in-house powder coat line, and our off-site, environmentally certificated Chroming facility we produce products with a quality that is unparalleled. Indeed, some of our clients offer lifetime guarantees on our chromed and powder-coated frames. We can provide powder coats in any color requested. Jia Xie does both Trivalent and Hexavalent Chroming, and ED coating. Our metal preparatory work is done in-house to exacting standards and we employ Six Sigma in our finishing process and in fact in all of our manufacturing processes.

Total Project Management:
Jia Xie Enterprise will manage the development of clients' new projects from start to finish, encompassing a total range of materials and services. We have firmly established relationships with sub-vendors producing products in cast and extruded aluminum; plastic, nylon, ABS, and acrylic injection moulded or vacuum formed products; expanded and cut foam; mesh fabric; and wood products. We can manage and coordinate the entire process taking your product from conception to the finished state.
Patents:
Jia Xie Enterprise holds a number of patents on in-house designed Five-Star metal office chair bases. These bases are sold worldwide and we are always striving to develop more unique and practical designs.
