3. Supporting the buyer to get maximum possible lowest price from the vendors ( with quality ) to fit their budget.
4. Providing Salesman, Photo, Proto sample for order qty booking on stipulated time.
5. Placing the orders with appropriate vendors, based on their strength and capability with respect to ( Volume, Style, Fabric, and Category ).
6. Regular follow ups with all the vendors, concerning to all the activities of merchandising, sampling, submission, approvals etc.
7. Proper and regular communication of all the order status to the buyer.
8. Inspecting all the quality, style, measurement parameters of all the samples like ( proto, size set, preproduction, online, mid, shipment etc.) as per the buyer requirement, before sending the same to the buyer.
9. Conduction online, mid and final random inspection as per the parameter of the buyer.
10. Making arrangement for all the shipment related documents, along with the vendors to deliver the goods at buyer port in the smooth flow.

( Polo shirt) = 1200 pcs/day
