The Jeju Purple Sweet Potato Farming Association(JPSPFA) established a factory in Hallim, Jeju-do, a region know for its outstandingly clean, fresh air, in 2011. Our tarts are made using only the highest quality of purple sweet potatoes at a clean workplace equipped with excellent production facilities for the first time in Korea.The JPSPFA uses only premier purple sweet potatoes, which were grown by contract, and places the highest priority on ensuring a clean workplace.
