For the development of domestic bakery and pastry business, Jewon began to import and distribute essential ingredients one by one in 1980's. As a result, now we we have some 150 kinds of high quality ingredients including chocolates, fruit preparations, sugar preparations, cheese, bread mixes, pastry mixes, decorations and additives from some 30 professional manufacturers in France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, the U.S., etc and supply to domestic bakeries, hotels, restaurants, cafe, etc.To contribute to the development of domestic market, we regularly offer demonstration with high profiled chefs from Europe to introduce up-to-date techniques and information, and send Korean professionals to our partnership companies in Europe for technical trainings every two years. In the future as well, we will continue our effort to contribute to the growth of bakery and pastry industry in Korea by developing new products, offering demonstration and executing overseas training programs.
