James North is a company in Zimbabwe speacialising in the manufacture of goods for industrial safety workwear.The company was established in 1957 .We supply all the major mines in zimbabwe with their work wear requirements .We can coat various fabrics with PVC plastisol in our factory
We carryout the manufacture of rainwear from pvc coated cotton,pvc coated nylon taffetta and pvc coated polyester.
The main products in this range being rainsuits and raincoats for everyday use ,ponchos ( rain cape) for use in agriculture eg for tea picking (tea plucking cape) .PVC Mine suits (shaft suits).
We also manufacture pvc gloves and various types of leather gloves and leather wear such as leather aprons and leather spats (leggings)
We also manufacture stretch cloths (rexine) for use in upholstery
and pvc coated wall cladding material which has a cotton cloth backing for use in partitioning by the costruction industry. We also manufature 100% cotton workwear i.e 100% cotton overalls / coveralls and worksuits / conti suits
