Jakaar Industries are established suppliers of injection moulded plastic products to major international companies and industrial and domestic consumer markets throughout Australasia.
Over a period of 33 years, the development and growth of Jakaar has reflected and been driven by a commitment to building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Our Auckland facility combines Administration, Development, Tool room, Manufacturing and Warehousing. This integration facilitates and enables a close liaison between all elements of the development and manufacturing process, ensuring a smooth progression from design to final production. Our team approach ensures the broadest possible input to project management, maximizing the potential for cost effective tool design.
In support of its well earned reputation for quality, Jakaar maintains a fully certified ISO 9001 Quality System combined with the "TIMS" Integrated Manufacturing System. This structure ensures that Quality is continuously monitored and is built into all products during the development and manufacturing process. All work carried out at Jakaar is produced within our Quality Management System, operating to the requirements of ISO9001. Our 24 hour 7 day operation combined with the latest in microprocessor controlled machinery, and technically experienced staff, guarantees total customer satisfaction.
Investment in the latest European electronic moulding equipment has facilitated a reduction in consumables such as electricity, water and oil the resultant cost savings benefiting both our customers and the community. This is further advanced via our in-house recycling scheme providing a process for the use of materials recovered from our manufacturing operations.
Application of these recycled materials contributes to a reduction in virgin material use and helps to reduce material being sent to land fill.
