Trumac Truetzschler Blow Room Line with Cleanomat CVT 3 and
Contifeed System for Chute Feeding.
Trumac Truetzschler DK 740 / 780 cards with short term and long term auto levellers.
RSB 851 Draw Frames from LMW Ltd. with auto levellers.
Schlafhorst Autocoro 288 model Rotor Spinning machines with COROLAB 7-5 machines. Daily yarn capacity 12 MT.
With the above configuration we are equipped to manufacture world class quality yarn in the count range of Ne 4 to Ne 30 both for weaving as well as knitting requirements. Presently we are producing PC yarn on these OE machines in the range of Ne 7 to Ne 14 with 65 / 35 and 50 / 50 blend. The blend can be adjusted as per the requirement of buyer. We are also producing 100% Polyester yarn in the above range. The yarn can be supplied in 2 or more ply as we have recently installed Volkman TFOs. In case of interest please revert.
2. We have recently imported 42 Nos. Picanol Omni Plus 800 model Air jet looms from Belgium for production of bottom weight fabrics. The looms are with 190 cms. width and are with tappets suitable for production of twills / satin etc. . Some looms are extra reinforced for production of heavy Ducks (Canvasses) . The weaving preparatory consist of Warp tying machines, high speed warping machine and PLC based high speed sizing machine. Suitable inspection and roll packing equipments have been installed to cater to domestic as well as export market. Thus we provide you the opportunity to sell grey fabric also.
3. We are in the process of commissioning a 24000 spindle Ring Spinning Unit. This green field project is coming up with LMW machines and are equipped with Auto doffing and ROCOS both for carded and combed yarn. The count range is Ne 14 to Ne 100. Production from this plant would be available for market during next year.
