Two such successful properties are the Raintree in Chennai a 100 room Five Star Boutique Hotel In Chennai, and The Accord Metropolitan a 160 room Five Star Hotel aslo in Chennai. We have helped Restructure the Hill Country Hotels in Ooty and Kodaikanal, one a 90 room resort and another a 45 room resort in Ooty.
