Perfluoroelastomer is the advanced material of the fluorine resin. It shows the best resistance capability used in almost all medicines such as, organic acid, alkali, ketone, ester, alcohol, fuel oil, hot water, etc., which weren't able to use with a previous fluorine rubber. As for thermal resistance, 300 is the highest limit. However, in case of static seal during a short term, it is possible to use it in an environment of high temperature near to 320. This elastic body is being used very usefully in various fields such as the semiconductor production industry, the energy industry of oil & gas extraction etc, the aerospace and nuclear energy industry, which require thermal and chemical resistance.
