IG MIDA develops and manufactures microelectronic (based on Silicon-on-Sapphire semiconductor structures) pressure transducers and transmitters. Pressure ranges from 4 kPa to 160 MPa, accuracy from 0.1%FS to 1%FS, output from 5 mV/V to 10 mV/V (for transducers), 4-20 mA, 0-5 mA, 0-5 V (for transmitters). Temperature range of measured medium -40...+80 C (industrial versions) and from -200 to +500 C (special versions). Intrinsic-safe and explosion-proof versions; transmitters for atomic power stations. Among special types: pressure transducers/transmitters for melts (up to +350 C), diesel engine control (up to +500 C), downhole transducers for oil pits, etc. Also power supplies, including intrinsic-safe version, intrinsic-safe digital indicators of pressure or temperature, surge-protection devices. New product: hardware-software system for electropuncture stimulation KES-01-MIDA. Designed for electropuncture stimulation therapy of wide spectrum of diseases and pathological states.
