Lean or kaizen are Japanese management practices that are used worldwide. We have the advantage that our consultants speak Arabic which makes comminucation easy and starightforward with the employees. Good communication is essential in our services as we take a "learning-by-doing" approach in our consulting and we do not offer long classroom lecturing or long reports.
