Huangshi Sunny Xingye Strip Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of Huangshi Sunny Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd and Hubei Xingye Investment Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech company professionally engaged in production of pickling steel sheet, cold rolling sheet and its downstream products. Started in Nov, 2009, it occupies an area of 708mu (47.2 HA), with total investment of CNY 3 billion. It is built with one 1, 200, 000tpy pickling line, one 800, 000tpy 6-high 5-stand tandem cold rolling mill, one 400, 000tpy continuous galvanizing line for hot rolled strip, one 300, 000tpy continuous galvanizing line for cold rolled strip, one 300, 000tpy continuous annealing line, one 200, 000tpy continuous decarburization annealing line for non-oriented silicon steel, one 150, 000tpy 1400mm single stand reversing cold rolling mill, one 150, 000tpy slitting / cut-to-length line. It plans to build two color coating lines, one single stand reversing cold rolling mill, one continuous annealing line for tinning strip, etc. in the second phase.
