With initial importation of these bicycles from as a start-up operations, the joint venture agreement irrevocably allowed for the establishment of modern assembly factory with advance production equipment, in three (3) assembly plants around Nigeria commencing from a location in Ogun State near Lagos within the next five (5) years.
