Our process of making molds as follows: choosing molding steel made-in Sweden, producing sophisticated parts with CNC lathes such as wire-cutting machine, electric discharge machines, milling machine, and pre-polishing the spare parts, testing molding after assembling by skillful technicans, then checking the sample by client and technician primary and making some amendments. If satisfied, take mold heat treatment, precise polishing, re-assenble, paint the zinc dust; so a complete set of high quality mold has been finished.
