Homefactory (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in October, 2013. The company's management team is composed of experts editing Chinese Industrial Standard "Technical Specification for Low-Rise Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Steel Building" (JGJ227-2011) and project manager with years of experience in overseas integrated building project operation.
Meanwhile, the Homefactory has attracted project teams with more than 10 years' experience in design, manufacture and construction of integrated building. We also introduced several full-automatic production systems of CAD-CAM-SFS cold-formed thin-walled steel from the UK and Australia; together with the original production lines of H-Beam steel and space truss, the company has the annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of metal components, which is able to meet the production requirement of more than 200,000 square meters steel structure for integrated building per year.
Homefactory can provide "all-round construction solutions" from aspects of planning, design, fabrication, assembly, installation, thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire proofing, decoration and after-sales service.
Our framing systems are widely used in constructions such as villas, apartments, hotels, hospitals, schools, workshops and office buildings as well as in reconstruction of old buildings. Our framing technologies in fireproofing, anti-seismic, wind resistance, water proofing, energy efficiency and durability have been fully certified in Europe. As assessed by the most strict BBA test,Homefactory's LGSF building has a minimum design life of over 60 years.
