Heshan Shuboya Industrial Co.,Ltd was founded in 2004, is located in Heshan city, Guangdong Province. The factory covers more than 30000 square meters in the national new material production base in Heshan Industrial Park. The factory owns a modern garden-style plant and advanced production and processing equipments with ISO22716:2007(E) certification.
Our factory also owns a modern and standardization aseptic production workshop. With our mature and excellent management system, technical and staffs, our many years of technical, production experience and strict implement of national quality control standards for processing and production, Shuboya will continue to develop and manufacture high quality products to satisfy the needs of our customers.
Currently our two main product groups are mask substrates and cotton pads. For mask substrate products, the main materials used including natural cotton, spunlace non-woven, fruit fiber, soybean fiber, bamboo fiber, pearl fiber, silk, viscose fiber etc. In the case of cotton pad, natural cotton, non-woven fabric, paper fiber and viscose fiber will be the most popular materials used in cotton pad industry.
Shuboya has been working hard on collecting high-quality raw materials from all over the world, in order to manufacture characteristic products for our customers. At present, we have providing OEM services of different kinds of disposable personal care and cleaning supplies for a number of well-know domestic and international brands. Our mask substrate products are achieving a daily production output of more than 10 millions pieces, is obtaining the reputation of "mask king" in the industry.
