Hebei Jingda Machine Tools Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. is located in well-known "foundry town"-Botou City.It was founded in 1979 with the former name of Botou Jingda Tools and Measuring Instruments Co.,Ltd. It has become a middle-sized heavy machinery manufacturing enterprise which integrates CNC machine tools,measuring instruments and automobile die. Our company covers the land of 36000 m2 among which there are 20000m2 of construction area and has more than 400 employees,among which there are 45 specialists of various professions,10 high-title experts and 14 middle-title specialists.We have mainly 48 sets of advanced production equipments for lathing,milling,planing,grinding ,drilling and boring and our technology is advanced.Its annual production ability are around 100 sets of CNC machine tool,3500 sets of measuring instrument and 200 sets of automobile die.
There are foundry,machining branch plant,heating treatment branch plant and assembling branch plant under our company.High casting capacity and high machining ability for large size workpieces are our advantages,it plays a leading role among the local companies in this industry.The foundry covers an area of 6000m2 ,being equipped with 1 set of 5T cupola ,1 set of 10T cupola and corollary equipments.There are also standard and completed physical and chemical test room and material testing machines,casting technology is advanced and detection means is completed,annual casting capacity is more than 25000 tons,can make casting whose single weight is more than 50 tons and various grades of castings.The maximum machining dimension of the heavy machining branch plant is 12*4.1*2.5 meters(Length*Width*Height).The lifting capacity of assembling branch plant is 100T,the assembly equipments and testing tools are completed and advanced,we have hundreds of technical workers who can do hand scrapping for measuring instrument products,assembling of the machine tools,CNC milling machine and special CNC machine timely and in high grade.

2.Tools and Measuring Instruments:large cast iron surface plate,vibration test surface plate, high temperature resistant surface plate,inspection plate,lineation plate,combination plate,machine fittings for mines and metallurgy sector,elevator leading tracks,desulphurizing cabinet,coke oven cast iron,erection oven iron pieces and cast iron towers,etc.
3.Automobile Die:automobile body cover mold, stamping parts,etc.
