The company is known for being the country’s first developer of (ASIC) circuit, an integrated circuit specially used for stabilizing the oscillation frequency of crystals. The product is under the protection of Intelligent Property Protection Law of PRC. The company has recently developed a temperature compensation crystal oscillator, namely the DTCXO, for use of mobile phones by incorporating the latest advancement in full digital temperature compensation technology. Their technical parameters have been tested to measure up and even exceed those of foreign-manufactured products. For example: temperature frequency characteristic ≤±0.5×10-6/-55℃～+105℃, current ≤1.5mA, and dimension 7×5×1.7mm3, and etc. The company has so far developed a broad line of crystal oscillators, including Digital Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators(DTCXO), constant Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators(TCXO), Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators(OCXO) Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator(VCXO), Ordinary Crystal Oscillators(SPXO), and (SYNTHESIZERS) in totally 6 series of over 100 varieties. Besides, it can design and manufacture products according to customer’s requirement to best meet their engineering applications.
