Implementing of Hanoi policy about moving all manufactoriesout of city, Ha Dong Joint Stock Company has been moved to Lot2-3-4 , Industrial zone II, Bach Thuong commune, Duy Tien district,Dong Van province. The factory area is 25,000 squaremeters.New factory is very convenient forproduction, its the circle designed. The factory equipped withmodern equipment. The production capacity is more than 2000 metrictons per year.The main material- Yarns have beensupplied by Hanosimex supply chain. Our company has one Japanwarping machine, one Swiss warping machine at a speed of1000m/minute; one China sizing machine at a speed of 70m/minute.After getting through the warping and sizing machine, yarns havebeen transferred to weaving.In weaving section, from 2002 ~2014our company equipped thirty two Italian modern automaticDobby looms ; Twelve Italian/ France Jacquard looms withproductivity is about 2000 metric tons per year. More than 95%products that produced from these machines reached exportlevel. One important thing is thatwe have many enthusiastic skill weavers.After weaving, towels have beenchecked and transferred to the ware house. In dyeing section we have elevensoft flow machines, three Japanese squeezing machines, one tenterdrying machine produced by West Germany and one China tumblerdrying machine. Theirs capacity is about 2500 metric tons peryear.Our dyers have been trained andthey have more than 10 years experience.After bleaching and dyeing, towelswill be color checked then transferred to squeezing/drying area.Before passed to sewing section towels will be qualitychecked.In sewing section, we have 50Brother sewing machines, 7 Japanese synchronic wrapping machinesand 1 China selvage cutting machine.After cutting, wrapping and sewingtowels will be quality checked. Which items need to be embroideredwill be passed to embroidering. Before packing in carton box, allof towels will be transferred to quality control for finalinspection.Ha Dong Textile Joint Stock Companyhas about 400 employees.
