With the absorbing of the imported technology, the technicians who had been trained by foreign experts focused on the further development of existing technology and exploit of new technology. The development and study system became mature and stands for leading technology in ***** the past 20 years, our company have developed and produced the toner for use in laser printer and photocopier such as HP, Samsung, Epson, Ricoh, Toshiba, Sharp, Minolta, Konica, branded and U-Bix. In 2004, Hanguang Machinery Plant and China Shipbuilding Technology Investment & Development Co., Ltd. invested RMB 10, 000, 000 to import a new advanced product line from Hosokawa Micron Corporation in Germany. This produce line is completely automatically controlled and can make all physical data meet the demand of fine particle toner production. It especially suits for the production of the digital toner and laser printer toner, which ask for finely processed particle. In the bottom of December, 2007, we succeed in the installation of our third product line. The product line was imported from Germany and its annual capacity is 1000 tons. With the importation of the third product line, our total annual capacity can reach 2000 tons.
