Haining Guanghua Rubber Plastic Co., Ltd. is a group company. We have three subsidiary companies. We have three kinds of main products, as the following: 1: Rubber Shoe Sheet We are one of the major manufacturers of a wide range of high quality rubber shoe sheet and various kinds of rubber molded products in China. We began rubber shoe sheet production from 1999, and we had more than RMB 100 million capital and more than one hundred and twenty well trained workers. Our products of "Haiyao" brand have enjoyed local and international prestige, and are sold to Asia, and South America and Europe. 2: Metalized CPP Film and CPP Film Our subsidiary company was established in early 2004, and we introduced 7000 tons three-layer co-extrusion (the world class-A 4.3-meter width) CPP cast film lines from American Battenfeld Gloucester and slitting machine from German JKAMPF in 2004. At the same time, we owned the Vacuum Aluminum Plating Machines of America and Germany, and Slitting Machine of Britain. We also have film testing instruments including force transducer instrument and heat gradient instrument imported from America and Japan respectively, and haze meter instrument, and thawing-index instrument. Our product CPP and MCPP film was certified with ISO 9001. We have more than one hundred and fifty well trained workers, and our products are sold to Southeast Asia, and Europe. 3: Polyester Resin Our subsidiary company has automatic production equipment that has reached domestically advanced level, with an annual productivity of eight thousand tons of saturated polyester resin, which is sold all over China. The quality of our products has reached the top-class level in China and has been accepted by all our clients. We have more than fifty well trained workers.
