HPP2 was founded under Business Registration no. 0203003498 issued by Investment and Plan Department of Hai Phong City on September 25, 2007. HPP2 is a member of APACHEM Chemicals and Paints Group. Although founded in 2007, HPP2 inherits 45 year experience of paint production and successful cooperation with World leading manufacturers of paints such as CHUGOKU (Japan) and ARSONSISI (Italy).

Vietnam has continually renovated and obtained great achievement which are recognized and respected by international community. To integrate into this renovation, in 2008, HPP2 invested 40 billions VND to build a plant in Trang Due Industrial Zone covering 14.000 m2 under advanced technology and machinery imported from foreign suppliers with output of 6000 tons of paints per year.
The tradename of powder coating SELAC under technology of ARSONSISI firm (Italy) has been recognized in Vietnam. Customers nationwide rely and apply SELAC on their end products in industries of construction, automobile, devices, tools, packing, material, garniture and appliance.
Wall paints SEMAX (exterior use) and VIMAX (interior use) which have been studied for a long time and updated through know hows from developed countries (especialy Europe) are gradually winning modern constructions, creating fresh colors for all houses.
