Gulf Prefab Houses Factory LLC (GULFAB) commenced operations in 1976 providing millions of square meters of offices, camps and remote housing facilities with standard and fire-retardant specifications, to locations as far as Africa and Eastern European countries. GULFAB is among the first entities to offer high-tech, low-cost fast track building solutions ranging from the traditional timber frame kind to the latest pre-engineered steel frame in a fast growing economy. GULFAB production capacity has increased to over 4,500 standard units per annum (or over 200,000 square meters per annum) from a modest 600 units in the year 2000. Having enjoyed continuous success, it has enhanced its product line which includes, Gulf Doors & Furniture (G.D.F.) a division dedicated to the manufacturing of doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, villa furniture and hotel furniture, was created to compliment the prefab villa requirements. Decor Division, producing Melamine and Decorative Lamination on MDF, Plywood and Hardboard. The Timber Division that trades in various timbers, plywood and MDF. The Sawmill Division to compliment on the requirements of the Timber Division. Earlier of year 2012, GULFAB has started the manufacturing of Eco Pallets. Also, we are selling PPR water supply system, PVC drainage system, PP silent drainage system and electrical installation systems by Concept Building System of Gulf Dura Industries Ltd., our sister company. GULFAB has a marketing branch in Abu Dhabi-UAE and Doha-Qatar which made a mark in the local market. And in 2009, established Gulf Castle General Trading LLC in Muscat-Sultanate of Oman, and branched-off in Ras Al Khaimah-UAE, Al Ain-UAE, Abu Dhabi-UAE, Fujairah-UAE and Jeddah-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
