As to producing process, all the cutting piece fabrics before entering the sewing department, must undergo a thorough professional QC AQL1.0 inspection. Regarding Quality Assurance & Packing, our company ensure that customers receive the required samples/products smoothly, at the same time to guarantee products are attractive and reasonable price, QC personnel will be strictly controlled in prenatal, births, postpartum three-steps, and keep product quality inspection during the whole course. All products after complete QC inspection, confirm client's packing requirements (included the inner packed material, packing size, packing specifications, product packaging, etc.), shall make the electronic packing list, at the same time printing office copy and arrange store clerk make the storage record and outbound timely. Besides, store clerk offer exact QC report feedback. For bad products will be required to rework and inspection again, to ensure product quality and details are totally reached customer quality claim, then packing arrangement.
