TYEN manufacture is located in Shandong, China. Main production is semi-trailer (trailer) axle & suspension & parts of it, including leaf spring,brake drum and bolt. We were known as Naian auto, which focus on the production of full range of leaf spring from Europe vechicles like Mercedes Volvo, Scania, Iveco, BPW, SAF to Japanese and Russian models like MAZ, Nissan, Isuzu, Toyota and etc. Now we develop to a group company - TYEN MANUFACTURE.
And we are the manufacturer of chassis parts for semi-trailer, trailer, and heavy duty truck. With advanced equipments and strict quality control system, Naian has achieved ISO9001 and TS16949 international quality systems. Leaf Spring for Different Vehicles
With more than 10 advanced production lines, we are one of the largest manufacturers of leaf spring in China. We have varied and advanced equipments for producing and testing, which make us the experienced and full ranged----conventional leaf spring, parabolic leaf spring, Z-type leaf spring producer, with annual output over 150,000 metric tons. Technically, the thickness can be 6-60mm, and material is sup6, sup7, sup9, sup9A, sup10, sup11, sup11A.
U Bolt and Tire Bolt
Tire bolt and u bolt are made from high-strength alloy steel, and produced by progressive equipments, through strict quality controlled production process. Customized are welcomed and accepted.
3.TUBE WHEEL and TUBELESS WHEEL,wheel rim for other truck or trailer.
4.Axle and Mechanic Suspension for Truck and semi-trailer
Full series of American Axle and German Axle, single-point suspension, American suspension, German suspension and York suspension.
5.Landing Gear for Semi-Trailer
Landing gear with inner type and outside type. Lifting capacity reaches 25-35tons. Each kind landing gear is different in lifting height and foot shapes. Customers' different needs can be met exactly.
6.Fifth Wheel and Kingpin
Fifth wheel and kingpin with 2' (#50) size and 3.5'(#90) size. Fifth wheel in forged or casted type. Kingpin are forged, alloy steel material.
7.Air Bag and Rubber Products
More than 20 kinds of air bag and vehicle seat and air suspension are supplied for your choice. Besides varied oil seals, rubber bushes and other rubber and plastic products are provided.
