Our factory is located in Qiantou Industrial Zone of Niushan, Dongcheng District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
Our factory covers over 40,000 square meters and has more than 400 employees in total. The workshop has a number of international production lines which can assure 60-80 containers of products each month.
Hulubao adopts European class-1 environment protection standard material for all of our products and passed Grade III environment certification and the strict TUV certification in Europe. We choose all kinds of compressed wood panels which comply with E1 standard of laminated melamine. This can not only guarantee the quality, but also achieve healthy and environmental protection.
We have several famous designers from Italy and some domestic senior children furniture designers. Our design concept is based on ergonomics. At the meantime, we aim to provide the unique style, fashionable, safe and environmentally friendly products. At present, we have a new design and production center, which is more than 15,000 square meters. There are more than five hundred workers in the factory. Meanwhile, five sets of standard product line for packaging have been put into use. The throughput per month is more than 20 containers.
