Green Initiatives Ltd., established in 2014 to work in the field of energy efficiency, renewable and alternative energy sector in Bangladesh. The company plans to work in line with the government towards achieving social, financial and environmental goal in the relevant sector.
The company is headed by experienced sector specialists who have worked in the field of alternative energy, energy efficiency, energy efficient brick kiln related technology implementation for many years.
Its' sister concerns Seed Bangla Foundation and Seed Bangla Agro Ltd. focused on the field of alternative energy and fuel system since their inceptions. Beside construction of Biogas plants Seed Bangla Limited also focuses on solar power, Poultry and Dairy Waste to Power Generation, Solid Waste Management, Biogas based ETP from Industrial Waste Water, Agro/Green Waste to Power, Biogas Purification System, Biogas to CNG projects etc.
Seed Bangla is technically supported by GIZ (Gesellschaft for Internationale Zusammenarbeit), and many cases financially supported by IDCOL (Infrastructure Development Company Limited), IFC (International Financing Corporation), SNB and KFW.
