We under take babbiting of bearings by centrifugal process for the machinery used in Cement plants, DG Sets, Marine engine, compressor, turbine etc.We have the latest facilities to supply white metal bearings and thrust pads. We use centrifugal babbiting equipments with thyrister controller for precise speed control to get best results. We also use electrical furnaces for pre-heating and melting process to get required temperature. Irrespective of the grade of white metal used we ensure high quality and bonding of white metal.We have in house machining facilities which can control the tolerance with in 30 microns, quality checks and NDT like die penetrant test and ultrasonic are under taken by qualified engineers with latest equipment to check the bonding of white metal.We have following facilities:1.Thyrister control centrifugal babbiting equipment.2.Large Vertical boring machine which can accept a product weighing up to 30 tons and 4 meters in diameter.3.Floor boring machine capable to under take the job up to 13 meter in length.4.For testing purpose we have chemical and tensile testing facilities.
