Purchasing process:
I have listed below our purchasing process to give you more insight on our easy simple purchasing process:
1. Buyer gives letter of intent and bank capability letter.
2. We issue full corporate offer to be accepted by the buyer.
3. We issue draft contract.
4. Buyer signs the draft contract and return to us.
5. We issue 4 hard copies of the contract(dhl to the buyer). Buyer signs 4 hard copies and return two of the hard copies back to us.
6. Buyer issued non-operative letter of credit.
7. We then place a 2% performance bond.
8. Shipment starts.
