The company which was founded in the German town of Guetersloh in 1945 was a subsidiary of the company Gloria GmbH, Wadersloh until 2005, before merging with the company Brill Gartengeraete GmbH in the same year. The leading manufacturer of sprayers has been independent since 1 October 2009. The company has a corresponding well-founded know-how in the development of high-quality sprayers. The logistics, production, develpment and administration departments are located at head office in Witten-Herbede and the order processing, sales and marketing departments are at the Neu-Ulm branch.
