Apart from our activities in the metalworking industry of Bulgaria, we also own a woodworking production unit, established in 1975. Five years later we became a supplier of IKEA (Sweden). We keep manufacturing for IKEA on a regular bases. Furniture components/parts:
from wood:
- wooden legs (feet): wooden table legs; wooden sofa legs/feet; wooden legs for office furniture; other wooden furniture legs)
- wooden parts: wooden joinery, wooden cross-beams, wooden corbels et
- wooden toys
from metal:
- metal legs/feet for furniture (sofa, office furniture, others). Materials: steel, aluminium, brass). Finish/cover: in satin, nickel and chrome.
- metal furniture hardware: plate connectors; metal stampings/pressings: sheet metal stampings; strip metal stampings; steel bed brackets; aluminium brackets; steel connecting plates; steel corner connectors; steel connecting angle plate; steel brace; metal connector plate; furniture steel connectors; metal corner connector;
- brass furniture hardware: brass furniture knobs, brass furniture handles, brass peg hooks, brass furniture decorations
Our wooden furniture parts and toys are made by solid wood (beech) but we can use other types of solid wood as well. MDF is used for some items. We are very competitive in manufacturing long series of small wooden parts. We specialize in small wooden parts like legs/feet, cross-beams, toys.
