Gen-Z Software Solution, was founded by Mr Shirish Saurabh in 2004, Bachelors in Business Management (Hon's. ) specializing in IT and Marketing and Mr Manish Bhartiye BCom (hon's. ) , Advanced diploma in 3d animation and character designing and PCDE (professional course in dot com engg. ) . . . . . . It was a group of few young people with a view to make a difference in their lives and society. Today we are proud to say that we are a group of nearly 15 animators and still going strong. Initially we started with a bare minimum of investment walking towards the unknown, today we walk towards the light at the end of the tunnel. Today we stand together with a mission of helping a common man realize his dream.
Our mission is to deliver Generation "Z" technology. . . to get together the resources around us, make a strong force in todays emerging marketplace. Play a major role in changing the way 3d is used in building trade.
Our Business Process:
Once again needs of common man taught us project management, which probably was difficult to learn in a business management program.
One fine morning our client called us to thank ourselves and to inform us that his business has grown by leaps and bounds, and he needs to move his base to operate from a different place but he was concerned that what would happen then, would that delay the turn around time? ? or would there be a communication problem? ? wouldn't it be difficult to explain his ideas if he is not there. . how are we going to overcome the barrier of distance and still deliver.
Our solution: :
1) We have all our systems connected with broadband 24x7, that means he can contact us anytime immaterial of the local time.
2) We created FTP login for clients, which helps them upload files to our secured server at any point of time.
3) Only people who can access the files are the client himself and our dedicated support team.
4) Depending on the need of the project we keep uploading all the files from time to time as and when required by the client, so that they can check the progress of the work at any point of time.
5) Depending on the need of the project one person is monitoring the communication with clients, ex: via Yahoo Messenger, AIM, MSN Messenger, Google Talk
5) We also try to maintain client's account with our inbuilt software, which keeps the details of the account secured on our server which can be accessed by authorized personals only.
6) If need arises, we are more than happy to send a member of our team onsite to help in the smooth running of the process, who can collect all the data from the client's end and deal with all the communication process.
