Gatto Sports is young and dynamic company which was founded in Feburary of 2002 in Cagliari, Italy by Naveed Asim with a passion for visualizing ideas, concepts, and designs in Sports goods and Wear. After working with famous brands of field hockey and soccer in 2002 Naveed Asim has decided to create his own brand with the name of GATTO.
The Vision of the company has since grown to create high-quality and reliable products and to provide the most effective business solution in terms of competitive prices for various Sports products, including quality, delivery and services.
Constantly guided by the vision, we have been able to increase our clientele worldwide and growing steadily over the years. To reach our customers and to stay in touch with them we are in process of establishing business associations all around the globe covering North and South America, most of the Europe, Africa by providing effective solutions to their every need.
THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Ball unit
the production of our hand sewn balls is situated in Pakistan. With a maximum production capacity of 12.000 pcs each day! The factory produces under the norm of ISO 9002. The balls are completely being produced in the factory, reliable quality can be guaranteed. A standard football is made from 32 panels. 20 six sided and 12 five sided panels create the magic shape of an atom, which apparently also is the shape of a football.
IMAC and production circumstances.
Our handsewn balls are manufactured under constant surveillance of the IMAC, which guarantees your product to be absolutely " free of childlabour". for which we have made special arrangement by providing in-house facilities for our total product range. Moreover we are much familiar about environmental pollution problems & have taken necessary steps to eradicate all manufacturing hazards which may disturb the environmental conditions, for instant we are using RE-CYCLEABLE materials to minimize risks.
The Atlanta agreement is the International norm against childlabour. Our factory has a 100 % score and was rewarded the "A" status . Regular checking by the IMAC has never shown any disregarding of these rules.
Textile unit
The production of our textiles products situated in Pakistan. Most of our cloth (cotton, polyester/cotton, combed cotton) is being produced inside our factory. The whole process from weaving up to the dyeing in company colours, the stitching and packing takes place on the factory premises, therefore our products are constant of quality and relatively cheap to produce. Zippers with your logo, labels, or buttons with logos, all these are possibilities. We can produce your promotional or company textile to a unique product with careful eye for the details . We have a fashion and colour advisor to assist us to give your product its own character.
