We are a family owned business, and are in spinning business since past 50 years. The first spinning mill was set up in year 1954. In year 1998 we put up a new plant in worsted spinning. Our entire list of machinery is displayed on our web site along with the product list. Our plant has best of the machines which are at par and in certain areas better than European
manufacturers.
Our plant is, divided into two sections
One Section is for the Medium and Fine Counts (Nm 13 to Nm 80) .
And the other is for coarse counts with count range between (3. 5 Nm to 12 Nm)
All yarns we produce are, autoconed, spliced and electronically cleared
Our monthly capacity to produce yarns is 500 tonnes a month (17 tonnes / day) annual capacity being (5000 metric tonnes) both sections put together.
In fine yarn section: We produce yarns for hosiery (knitting) , weaving, tufting etc. Our specialization is acrylic and acrylic wool blends. We also produce Acrylic Nylon Blends
In the coarse yarn section: We produce yarns for Hand knitting, Carpets Rugs, Mats, blankets and other woven products. Hand knitting and Bath mat yarns is our specialization in acrylic. Hand knitting yarns Are supplied in balls too.
We also manufacture Boucle Yarns (primarily Acrylic) and a few other specialty yarns.
Currently we are selling around 60% yarn outside India, with exports to Europe (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium) , USA, Middle East, Australia, Africa and also Sri Lanka In local domestic Indian Market Top Brands such as Reebok use our Low pill Acrylic and Acrowool yarns
Dyeing Facilities: We have dyeing capacity of 15000 Kgs per day, With Brand New Obem machines installed in 2006, In Cabinet Hank Dyeing we have Lot size from 15 KG to 900 Kgs and in Fibre and Tow dyeing from 1100 Kgs to 15000 Kgs per colour. We also have Multicolour printing facilities, from 2 colours up to 8 colours, Long, short and Medium prints.
In fact in Hank dyed yarns we are the only ones India with Lot size of 900 Kgs per Dye Lot
For Hosiery and Machine Knitting our Product range includes
1. Low Pill Super Soft, HB 100% Acrylic Nm 28 / 2, Nm 32 / 2 (Both in Bright and Semi Dull) , Customer counts can be made on order. Pilling Grade is 4 we guarantee 3. 5 +
2) Anti Pilling Silk Like 100% Acrylic yarn, Regular and High Bulk, Nm 36 / 2 and Nm 25 / 2, Customer counts also made on Order, Pilling Grade is 4 to 5, nearing 5, we guarantee 4 + , This is a very special top of the range product
3) We have normal bright, 100% acrylic yarn which has normal handle. Nm 28 / 2, Available in Tow dyed (fibre dyed as well as Smaller Hank dyed Lots)
4) Then we have blends of acrylic and wool such as 80% acrylic 20% wool 70% acrylic 30% wool, 50% acrylic 50% wool etc. These all are possible in Anti Pilling acrylic combination too
5) For machine knitting we are also making stretch yarns, Nylon (Elite and Viscose, nylon and Acrylic Blends.
6) We have a Fancy yarns mainly in 100% acrylic boucles.
7) We have Acrylic Nylon Blends, With Angora Like and Mohair Like Yarns
