Established in 2005, Fuding Xinlong Mechanical Components Co., Ltd. is located at the foot of Taimu Mountain which is a state-level scenic spot and only 1 kilometer far from the entrance of Shenyang-Hainan Expressway. Facing both the domestic and overseas markets, Xinlong is a private enterprise that integrates product development, manufacture, marketing and service. There are 230 staff members, among whom 8 are professional technicians and 17 are quality management personnel in our company. We mainly supply Al-alloy pistons and valve stems for Automobile hydraulic brake cylinders, plungers and plunger guides for proportioning valves, pistons for spring brake chambers, exhaust valve cylinders for car engines, carburetor plungers, and full set of high precision copper fittings. We also provide hard-anodizing for external clients. Our company has passed the authentication of ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009 international standard quality management systems and a number of patents about new-pattern plunger guides for brake cylinders. We constantly improve ourselves and absorb advanced technology and management modes to face the growing drastic competition. Our company has built a new plant covering an area of 11000 square meters and purchased advanced production equipment and some inspection equipment, including 15 Japanese Citizen and Miyano CNC lathes, 5 CNC Machines, 120 domestic high-speed CNC lathes, centerless grinders, an auto hard-anodizing line, an universal tool microscope, an hardness tester, an metallurgical microscope, an Roughness meter, etc. We persist in innovation and succeed in shortening the cycle time, saving the raw materials and greatly reducing the costs via improving our technology and adopting cold extrusion process.
