Production of organic extra virgin olive oil and organic flavored extra virgin olive oils. Flavors are: truffle, lemon, orange, rosemary, basil, hot pepper. For health food lovers, in this area we harvest a typical variety of olives from the "Tortiglione" tree and these olives contain double the amount of polyphenols normally contained in other varieties. These are excellent natural anti-oxidants.
