Founded in 1985, Xinzheng Die Casting Factory is devoted in aluminum alloy high pressure die casting and its post processing service such as precision machining and surface finishing. Zinc alloy is also casted in our plant. Covering an area of 15,000 SQM, our plant equipped with 22 die casting machines ranging from 160 tons to 800 tons outputs an annual capacity of 4000 tons, equivalent of 22 million U.S. *s in 2007. A well equipped and high-tech supported tooling center provides an essential guarantee to low costs and fast turnarounds of mold frabrication.
Die casting parts are widely used in various industries such as automobile, machinery, telecommunication, home appliance, lighting, and furniture. More than 30% of our output is directly and near 50% is indirectly exported. In our continuing effort to improvement, Xinzheng persists high quality, low prices, flexbility, short lead-time and responsive staffs for our customers.
