The predecessor of Foshan XG-TRANSMISSION Machinery Co., Ltd isState-owned Xingguanggong Mold Factory, a state-owned militaryindustrial enterprise established in 1965. It completed reform in2002. Since reform, the company has developed rapidly. It took thelead in passing ISO9001 International Quality System Certificateand International Quality Credit AAA++ Certificate in 2004, andSwiss SGS Certificate in 2009. It has won such titles as “IconicBrand in Chinese Electromechanical Industry”, “Famous Brand ofGuangdong Province”, “Non-public Scientific and TechnologicalEnterprise in Guangdong Province”, “National High and New-techEnterprise”, and “Tope 50 in Chinese Gear Industry” successively,which has been listed in the formation plan of “2011 FoshanEngineering and Technological R&D Center”. The companypossesses 35 patents, including invention patents and utility modepatents, which is a major drafting unit for national industrialstandards of reducers and variable-speed motors, such ascontinuously variable transmissions, worm reducers, and R, S, K,and F series hardened face gears. The company is one of the first“national credit enterprises” in China, an organizer of nationaltorch plan project, a council member of Chinese Reducer andVariator Industry Association, a council member of China GearManufacturers Association, and a Vice President Company of FoshanMachinery and Equipment Industry Association.
