Established in 1990, Foshan Sanshui Fenglu Aluminium Co., Ltd. is the No.1 aluminium extrusions and fabricated aluminium parts manufacture in China, with 2 modern, environment-protective manufacturing bases, covers a factory area of one million (1,000,000) square meters and a building area of 700,000 square meters, and owns 7500 employees, including 400 engineers and technicians
Since 1990, we have designed and produced more than 1,000 series products with 40,000 section dies, including 400 patented products. These aluminum products are widely used for windows, doors, curtain wall systems, transportation, architecture, trackway, glasshouses, heat sinks, electronics, etc. We mainly produce standard shapes as well as OEM and ODM.
Currently we have 92 extrusion presses (ranging from 500 MT to 10,000 MT), 10 anodizing lines and 10 powder coating lines, both can handle to a length of 13.50 meters, which is the longest in Asia. Our fabrication workshop (CNC machining, drilling, punching, milling, welding and cutting for finished products) now covers an area of 20,000 square meters. A finished window and door workshop is recently set up with an area of 20,000 square meters.
With the help of modern equipments (more than 100 production lines, mainly including extrusion presses, anodizing lines, powder coating lines, PVDF painting lines, CNC center ) and facilities imported from Japan, UK, USA, Italy and France, as well as the hard-working of our staffs, we have obtained various quality certificates including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, TS16949, DNV, Qualicoat, Qualanod...etc.
