Our company covers an area of over 15,000sqm, located in Lishui Town, Foshan, with developed economy and convenient traffic condition.
Established in 2003, our company is a large-scale enterprise specialized in aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy and pure aluminum precision die-casting. Presently, our company is equipped with eight 180T-800T cold chamber die-casting machines, three 88T-168T hot chamber die-casting machines and two cold chamber die-casting machines specifically for magnesium alloys. Downstream process machining equipment involves CNC processing production lines, drilling machines, tapping machines, manual punching machines and automatic punching machines, with a total number of 50 sets. Surface treatment machining equipment involves vibratory grinding machines, vibration polishing machines, ultrasonic cleaners and polishing machines, with a total number of 100 sets. In addition, our company operates independent manual, automatic and electrostatic spraying workshops. Our company operates some supporting factories such as the electroplating factory and packaging factory. Also our company has obtained the right of direct export.
Our company passed ISO9001:2008 quality system certification by the Guangdong Zhongjian Certification Co., Ltd. in July, 2009 and CE certification by the European Union in 2008. In addition, our company has recruited several professional technicians and engineers to make strict control on product quality so as to guarantee the strict control and inspection of products from raw material to ex-factory delivery.
