Our factory consists of 5 production workshops which are Cuting,bending, welding, powder-coating/brushed, weaving/Fixing and packing. Most of our production activities are conducted manually. Our workers, especially the weavers and welders, are very stable and skilled. This is why we can always provide a constant and reliable quality level. In addition, we also have a 500-square-meter showroom, where our newly-designed products are presented.
Our main raw materials are as follows: frame - aluminum; covering - PE rattan/Poly wood/Sling; cushion - cotton/polyester and foam; accessories - feet caps, bumpers, logos and hangtags, and table top - glass. We apply AQL methodology to all our quality checks, ranging from IQC (Incoming Quality Check), IPQC (In-process Quality Check) to OQC (Outgoing Quality Check). In addition, we also have a QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist to follow up on quality corrections and carry out quality assurance procedures on a daily basis. Workers are rotated in different production workshops and as a result of this, we have quite a few all-rounder's. For entry-level staff, we create a mentor program in which senior staff can train and coach them in a planned schedule.
