We are a small NZ based company producing high quality new and used cooking oils. It seems logical that the controls on the flow of oil through our restaurant customers and back to us that was originally set up to avoid any contamination of the used canola oil for our biofuel needs would also give your industry peace of mind as it is free from contaminates.We currently import and distribute approx 480,000 litres of very high quality Canadian Canola oil into the top end of the food service industry, again, aiming our services at this end of the restaurant market ensured that the used oil that was returned to us was of really high quality...Top chefs don't cook in dirty worn out oil that is high in FFA's and low in nutrient.All of our customers are supplied with 20 litre metal tins that from new have only ever been used for vegetable oil, we set this up after having problems with contamination from their existing drums that had previously had other chemicals or mineral oils in them or due to the fact they were out the back of cafes and restaurants in all weathers a very high amount of rainwater!We currently supply the biofuel, bitumen and timber industries who cannot tolerate high water content and need the consistency of quality per batch (ie just canola, not a mixed oil)Our typical used oil is picked up weekly from each customer, processed and deliverered to our used oil customers within two weeks of being taken from a fryer ensuring a product that is not rancid and broken down.We filter oil down to our customers needsWe can supply 20 mt per month
