We sell production contracts for Mazut and D2 direct from the refineries, no product liftable. We are direct to the seller that is authorized to sell for several Russian refineries for the secondary market. We do NOT carry jet fuels nor do we sell any spots of any product. Our selling group has had good success in selling/delivering product to several countries in Europe, and Asia mainly. Fixed prices change daily, and rather than chasing fuel fixed prices daily for tens of people or more we work off of 7-8% (cif) off platts which equates to a range of $40-50 USD cif below platts at any given time.
The buyer assumes no risk other than a little time. The buyer does NOT open any bank document until the Seller places a PB and POP that is verified by the buyer via the refinery that will be filling the order. Note to qualify in step one of the procedures all a buyer has to do is provide the LOI or ICPO on letterhead and a Letter of financial capability on bank letterhead. When you read the Bank Letter text in the sco you will see it does NOT in any way obligate the bank or buyer but does show us that the buyer is qualified to introduce to the seller. Then the seller will work with the 8 refineries that we deal with for best fixed price and turn around for the client. These are production transactions, meaning there are no liftable product. Orders are refinery allocated and shipped as the qualified buyers orders are remitted to the refinery.
If you work for any of the majors, or any large company that is publicly traded, fortune 500 or any that can be readily checked out as a large well known company, then all we would need for qualifying is their LOI or ICPO on Letterhead
