In mostcases our lending decisions are generally made instantly. We take anylending situation no matter how complicated and find a way to make the loanout. Our rates vary depending on the type of loan or property, term of loanand general situation. We aren?t always the cheapest, but we are veryeffective. The average funding time from application is 15 days.
