    Finance One Asset Managment works with several banks, Hedge Funds, Real Estate trusts, and other private investors who are interestd in purchasing Bulk REO, Performing and Non-Performing Note Portfolios. Purchase prices range from five million *s to over a billion. We work with both with both the buyers and sellers sellers of these portfolios.Finance One is seeking long-term business relationships with serious investors. Our minimum purchase price is $5 Million discounted, $10 Million retail. We connect our buyers directly to the sellers of large inventories of Bulk Packages.Buyers can select any region in the US. The range of purchase price varies between forty to sixty cents on the *. Rates can be lower than forty cents on the * for considerably larger orders. Custom orders are typically filled within one week.Orders are custom filled directly by the banks and not by second hand, marked up portfolios in circulation. The bank and the buyer are the only parties involved in completing the transaction once an order is confirmed and filled.Buyer representatives are welcome to inquire, but need to be comfortable with abundance, as we do not wish to participate in gouging buyers.
