Established in 1990, Guangdong Fenglu Aluminium Company Ltd is a large–scale, private enterprise in China, who integrates R & D, manufacturing and marketing for aluminium extruded products. There are two manufacturing bases named Dali and Sanshui in Foshan area, which covers an area of one million square meters with a building area of 700,000 SQM. Fenglu specializes in manufacturing of extruded aluminium products which has been applied to multiple industries, such as construction, transportation , agriculture, decoration, electrics and electronics industry, military industry, space and aviation industry, etc.. A number of fabrications for these aluminium extrusions, e.g. drilling, stamping, punching, milling, tapping, CNC machining, welding, assembling, ect. are available in our manufacturing facilities. Finished windows and doors as well as curtain walls are also available upon request. The logo of Fenglu was awarded as "China Top Brand" and "Well-known trade mark in China" by China National Government. Export market has extended to more than 60 countries and areas. As one of the largest aluminium extruder and fabricator in China with more than 80 extrusion presses and experienced manufacturing technologies, we have been extruding, fabricating and finishing customized extrusions for more than one million different sections in the past 20 years. Our daily production capacity amounts to 900 metric tons in the year of 2010 and is still expanding upward with a percentage of 20% each year. Fenglu owns many international management and quality certificates, e.g.: ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949 , OHSAS18001:1999, DNV of Norway, Qualicoat and Qualanod of Europe, CE of Europe, etc.. In the past 20 years, Fenglu has established an integrated manufacturing system with smelting and casting, extruding, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, PVDF painting, thermal break (both nylon inserted and PU poured). Fenglu is playing an important role in the aluminium extrusion industry in China: 2004, Fenglu was the only supplier for F1 circuit in Shanghai for Aluminium extruded products; 2005, Fenglu was the first private company entered into the defense industry and aerospace in China. 2006, Fenglu set up the longest horizontal anodizing / electrophoreses production line in Asia (13.5 meters' long), awarded as " Guangdong Provincial Private Science and Technology Enterprise", international registration alloy designation 6043, a environmental protection alloy that researched and developed by Fenglu. 2007, Fenglu was in charge of drafting and stipulating the Compulsive National Standard "Energy Consumption Grade Standard for Architectural Usage Aluminium Alloy". Awarded as "AAAA" standardized performance enterprise by National Standardization Committee. At the same time, the industrialization of new material Lead-free and free cutting 6XXX alloy was listed as the National Torch Program. 2008, Fenglu participate and stipulate the "Line map for Gangdong Aluminium Industry Technology of 2008".
