He has broad experience specializing in business law with an emphasis on corporate transactions, energy projects, construction law, health & pharmaceuticals law and dispute resolution matters. He has been involved in high profile construction, energy and infrastructure projects and corporate deals.

Stephen has extensive experience in corporate, commercial practice and overseas investment. He is responsible for Esmeray Law Office's overseas client base in Asia, ranging from governmental organisations to private investors in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan who have extensive commercial interests in Turkey.
