The company EQUIBOL AG was founded in 1985 in Switzerland by Dr. med. vet. Paul Laciga, a former veterinarian specialized in racing horses. He started the practice of isolating and concentrating oligo-nucleotides from lactobacilli by purely biological methods, extracting them from ascomycete yeast (saccharomyces cerevisae) and then concentrating them.Our first and most popular product bore the name EQUIBOL, the owner then deciding to give the company the same name.EQUIBOL AG is mainly restricted to the manufacture and world-wide export of feed supplements.
