Epitho pty ltd is a company that was developed as a result of expanded business within PR Recyclers pty ltd and Charlcor Corporation cc. Epitho focus mainly on the recycling of PET, whereby PET bottles are sorted, decontaminated and granulated into flakes. The aim for the business is to be a fully selfsustainable recycler and converter of PET, from post consumer bottle to a final product within the next 5 years. The short term business plan of the company is to increase its output capacity by a 15% margin per month, meaning that the company will be doubling its size every 6 months. This short term business plan will be the focus for the next 3 years whereby the company will introduce it already finalized medium term business plan to increase machine capacity and obtaining new manufacturing equipment. Plans and innovations are currently well on their way for exiting products when the long term business plan will be implemented in June of 2017.
