The company was founded in 1998 on the basis of two major Russian semiconductor manufacturers-Micron and Elma. In a short period of time we succeeded in the Russian market and now we are the largest supplier of silicon epitaxial wafers and epitaxial services to the microelectronics industry in Russia and the CIS.
